Our outdoor spaces are 12 feet wide and either 25 or 30 feet long. Measure your rig from hitch to back bumper and pick the one that fits. Most boat and camper owners in Cedar Bluff find a match in one of the two.
The gate is open 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. That's early enough for a morning on the Clinch and late enough to drop off your camper after a weekend away.
You can rent a parking space and pay your bill online at any hour. If you'd rather talk it through, our team picks up the phone daily from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM.

Our facility at 206 Matney Rd gives you a dedicated outdoor space instead. Pull in, park it, and leave it until your next trip. Spaces are 12 feet wide and 25 or 30 feet long. You won't have to back a trailer up a narrow drive after every trip.
Getting on the road is easy from here. US-19 heads south toward Russell County and Bristol, which makes weekend trips toward I-81 simple. US-460 runs east toward Tazewell and Bluefield.
If you work or take classes at Southwest Virginia Community College on US-19, we're a short drive from campus. Park your camper or fishing boat here and keep your spot at home clear. Students heading home for the summer can leave a car here, too.
The upper Clinch River runs right through Cedar Bluff on its way from its headwaters near Tazewell. It's smallmouth water, and local paddlers float the stretch that ends at the low-water bridge in town. Keep your jon boat, canoe trailer, or kayak rig parked with us between trips and hook up on your way to the river.

No. All of our boat and RV spaces are outdoor, uncovered parking. A fitted cover will protect your boat or camper from sun, rain, and snow while it's parked.
